At Dziribot (https://dziribot.xyz), your satisfaction is our top priority. However, as we act as an intermediary platform, product fulfillment and shipping are handled directly through AliExpress suppliers using AliExpress shipping methods (e.g., AliExpress Standard Shipping, Cainiao, etc.).
Overview
We follow the AliExpress Buyer Protection Policy and strive to ensure a transparent and fair refund and return process
1. Who Handles Shipping?
All orders placed via Dziribot are shipped by AliExpress sellers using AliExpress-supported logistics. Delivery times and tracking updates depend on the selected shipping method and seller origin.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Return
You may request a refund or return under the following conditions:
- Item Not Received: If the item is not delivered within the guaranteed time frame.
- Item Not as Described: If the received product is significantly different from the listing.
- Damaged Product: If the item arrives broken, defective, or unusable.
- Wrong Item Received: If the product is not what you ordered.
⚠️ Please Note: We do not accept refund requests for:
- Buyer’s change of mind after order is confirmed
- Slight color/size variations due to screen or manufacturing differences
- Delays caused by customs or national holidays
3. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund:
Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 7–15 business days, depending on AliExpress and your payment provider (Chargily Pay processing timelines may apply).
Contact Us: Email admin@dziribot.xyz with your order details and explanation.
Provide Evidence: Clear photos/videos are required for defective or incorrect products.
We Coordinate with AliExpress: We submit your claim to the supplier on AliExpress and follow up accordingly.
4. Return Instructions
Some AliExpress sellers may request the return of goods to receive a refund.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
If required, we will provide the return address (usually outside Algeria).
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated by the seller.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Payments via Chargily Pay
Refunds for orders paid using Chargily Pay are processed via the same payment channel (CIB/Edahabia). Refunds will be re-issued to the original account, once approved by AliExpress and confirmed by our team.
6. Responsibility Disclaimer
Dziribot is not the direct seller or shipper of goods. We facilitate the purchase and payment process between you and AliExpress sellers.
- Shipping and delivery are governed by AliExpress’s own policies
- Buyer Protection is subject to the AliExpress Terms
We assist and advocate for our customers but do not hold final control over refund approvals made by suppliers or AliExpress dispute resolution.

8. Legal Reference
This policy aligns with Algerian consumer rights as outlined in Ordinance No. 03-03 (2003) on commercial practices and Law No. 18-07 (2018) on personal data protection. However, international e-commerce limitations apply due to product origin and seller location.
